I started Platinum Limo Service in 2008 with one black sedan, one phone, and one promise: every passenger gets treated like the most important client of the day - on time, flat-rate, no surprises.
Seventeen years later, that promise has not changed. I have grown the fleet to seven vehicles, but I still drive, I still vet every chauffeur personally, and I still pick up the phone when you call. That is the difference between an owner-operator and an app.
